Hayao Miyazaki was a Japanese film director, animator,
screenwriter, producer and a manga artist. He was famous for being one of the
producer of Studio Ghibli animation films and attracted American animator Walt
Disney. One of the most famous film was Spirited Away (the one I've been posted
months ago). He started his career since 1961 and directed his first film in
1971, "Lupin III, Castle of Cagliostro". Then he co-founded Studio
Ghibli and directed successful films such as My Neighbor Totoro (Studio Ghibli's icon), Kiki’s Delivery Service, Princess
Mononoke, Howl’s Moving Castle, and more. It was said that “The Wind Rises” that
was released in July 2013 in Japan, will be his last film and after that he
will retire from Studio Ghibli.
